The staff were very friendly, especially the gentleman at check-in and miss amal at check-out. I appreciated the 24-hour fitness center, a great way to relax. The location is convenient too.

It is an exceptionally comfortable and brilliant property located in Les Berges du Lac district close to several good restaurants and Tunisia mall and a grocery shop in the corner. The suite overlooks street and includes a microwave oven, a coffeemaker and fridges...

i couldn't get the air conditioning to work during my short stay, which was disappointing. however, the receptionists were super friendly! the room was very clean and spacious. breakfast had a great variety too!

The Premium Suite was so spacious. The staff was so good, packing breakfast for my early flight. Just a minor hiccup with the shower tray leaking a bit, but overall, I loved it!

Very comfortable business hotel in a nice quiet area really close to the best restaurants and mall within walking distance and a grocery shop in the corner and taxis. Particularly good and lovely location to Les Berges du Lac Ii.

The view was pleasant, the service was great. The room was updated and large with gates and included feather pillows. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

I loved the spacious Premium Suite! It had king-sized beds and a living area perfect for our group of five. The staff was very nice, packing us breakfast to go for our early flight without even asking. It was awesome!

You won't believe how spacious the suite was! I mean we had two bathrooms, a living area to kick back, and even a full-size fridge for snacks.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, for what you got, it felt okay.

Complete overhaul of the management is needed!!! It's unacceptable to charge 50 TND for late checkout when most hotels allow a grace period. The room's hot water fluctuates drastically during showers, very inconvenient!!!

My room was spacious and comfy with great amenities like a coffee machine, minibar, and sofa. Air conditioning kept it cool, and the private bathroom had free toiletries. The fitness center was solid for a good workout. The staff was friendly.
